アルーはジャガイモ、パラタはチャパティに少し塩を混ぜてオイルがギー（生成バター）で焼いた物。
中身が変わるとアルーの部分がその中身の名前になる。
あんこたい焼きと言うかカスタードたい焼きというかみたいな違いと思ってくれればいい。
ジャガイモのペーストをチャパティ生地で挟んで焼いたチャパティの兄弟みたいなやつ。
北インドの朝ごはんといえばこれ。
アルーパラタ二枚と3種類のカレーが付いてるよ。
これだけで朝はお腹いっぱいだね。
Aloo is potato, and paratha is chapatti mixed with a little salt and fried in oil and ghee (produced butter).
When the contents change, the Aloo part becomes the name of the contents.
I hope you think of it as a difference between "Anko taiyaki" and "Custard taiyaki".
