Excellent brother ....I do kapaze 6:45 and torba every day.......they are absolutely essential to the development of the Turkish archer. Ahmed Karat is as complete an archer as I've ever seen....if he was fast he'd truly be dangerous, in a video with Nu he about dead centers a target at 50 meters .....with a bare shaft !! Fricken amazing. He highly recommend these excercises and practices them himself

I agree. They are crucial for form and muscle memory. Ahmad Karat is on another level haha.

Once you get confortable (or bored. Perhaps of having to fix arrows), draw a clock face on your target, get 12 arrows, and play "Ring around the Rosie". Shoot your way round in 3 round bursts. Play Evens & Odds. Go for speed. Have at it

My friend and I play a game we call tid for tat. One of us will call a shot on the target and shoot. Whoever is closest to the called shot wins the round. Best of 7.

Oh oh, and try closing your eyes and count to 3 before you release. Helps with proprioception (awareness of the body in space). Builds MASSIVE confidence ;)

And once you get good at that, shoot three in a row without looking... AT ALL. Well, start by looking straight ahead so you don't lose your place in the reloading.

Thanks bro! I watched the same video a while back and learned so much! A problem I am having is I tear up targets pretty quickly. Do you? Have any recommendations on making a torba target? Preferably on the cheap. What are you using?

Salaam alaykum. Thank you for responding to my prior messages. Jazakallahu khair. I want to ask one more, is there any manufacturer that you know of that sells replicas of the Prophet, sallahu alahi wa salaam bow? I really would like to find one

I think out of respect for the Prophet peace be upon him they don't make replicas of his bow or any holy person in Islam I could be wrong though Allah knows best

Hi, your Torba method is fantastic! 👍 I will use this method. The point is, I don't know what the Target is made of. Because once the arrow passes through the target, it will destroy the wall. I don't want that to happen. From the video, I can see that your Target has two black squares. The front one looks like foam. Would you tell me what it is and how thick it is? The back one looks like wood. Would you tell me what it is and how thick it is? Your help will be deeply appreciated.
