Fantastic workout, having done a hard one hour indoor on Monday I was hurting a little, the fact that I have a nap waiting didn't help much lol. But as usual Paul love your enthusiasm and charisma. And you also explain the workouts quite well. See you next time!

Lovely Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Dinanlinson Crazy Tactic Approach (google it)? It is a great exclusive guide for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 at last got astronomical success with it.

This guy is hands down my FAVORITE instructor. He's a born leader. He doesn't over talk and just keeps everyone pressing hard. Wish I could find many more classes by him!!

We tackled assembling the bike as a family project. kzbin.infoUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The package is heavy, but I have 2 teen boys that were able to move it. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.

Excellent Workout! I started in early January 2019 doing the 20-minute sessions and could barely do 10. Two months later, I am doing 2 30-minutes sessions back to back. Thank you, GCN.

Best moment in the session was in 25:21! "Nice stripes" anyone else got stripes? That was surely the best moment for Matt Stephens :). Yes Matt why they other not have these stripes? You must know since you are the GCN¨s true and only British Champion. And yes that look great at you these stripes!

Bonjour à tous. Abonné depuis peu, je pratique vos séances régulièrement. En générale, elles sont tres bien faites. Dommage que vous ne prévoyez pas les commentaires en Français. Néanmoins, les pictogramme affichés à l'écran donnent de très bonnes indications sur le déroulement de la séance (cadence pédalage, temps écoulé, intensité d'effort). Merci à l'ensemble des animateurs et à GCN.

I tryed hard to train with videos feat. Paul but it just drives me nuts and makes me aggressive. Your training clips with Matt, Dan and Si i really enjoy them. They are more calm but still motivating and challenging. I know Paul is one heck of a great instructor but i just cant stand his kind of motivation ;) But thank you for this kinda videos! Greetings.

With all the GCN instruction he is the only one I used. He has this 45 min where he is wearing white and yellow and that is impossible he is so fast even the others guys cant catch up. By the who is that girl in yellow.

If it weren't for the Viagra single pack commercials spliced into the video, I might use this. I don't mind the commercials in the middle of the GCN show, but here it's a bother. Also, it seems like a good workout, but not sure I would call it HIIT.

i'm from Pakistan i want to know that in almost every video you says eat protein bar or cafe-en gel but these kind of product is not available in Pakistan tell me what eat and go faster because after 1 weak later i will joining the cycling race please help me what is best food natural food.... when i go faster for 1 mint Shortness of breath what should i do to reduce Shortness of breath

Unfortunately this presenter has really unpleasant voice, while Matt, Dan and Simon are enjoyable to watch and listen. Music is very mellow for this kind of workout, it distracts a lot!. Only highly energetic trance, techno music will fit IMHO.

I'm guessing the instructor is NOT a real cyclist. Spinning is OK training if you only tune out all the BS coming from the mouth of most instructors.
