When u installed it was the screws loose?

I noticed when I was screwing in the rim in the backboard it was very wobbly and not sturdy. Was it like that for u

I got the same exact hoop it is a good hoop if you put it together correctly me and my friends tried to put it together and screws were loose it kept falling over and after a month it broke.
