The video helped me understand the concepts, but I wish there were some numbers written and the name of these molecules being discussed, I did like the video overall, tho.

Why can the second molecule in the last collection of molecules not go through resonance onto the nitrogen? its the same molecule as the one to its left is it not?

Tbh.. I haven’t thought about ochem in a few years so I maybe misremembering.. but try drawing out the resonance structures.. one of them can have resonance with the nitrogen but the other can’t.. I know they look similar but if you try drawing out the resonance for the induction one and I think you’ll see it’s not possible (without break rules of resonance)
