Nicki, thank you for showing us that we don't have to have one set process to observe what's going on in the text. If we want to highlight a particular word or concept, we can. If we don't want to, we don't have to. And just because one verse stood out to you doesn't mean it will stand out to everyone else, so we can choose what we dig deeper into. And every one's work will look different, but we will all grow in our knowledge and relationship to God. Great reminders and pointers! Can't wait for more of these!

Nicki, I have a couple of your books. I have not been able to get started in them, but they were on my list. Then I came back to visit you and bam! It all popped up. The inductive study I am using, uses symbols, and I write them over the words. That was cool until I figured out I do not draw well. My stick people are my best effort at drawing. I like writing on the side and leaving the words clear for underlining with color pens. Happy to be back with you. Working on my budget so I can donate to you. I do not work but want to join in with you.

Do you do inductive studies verse by verse? Im studying Daniel. I want to start Dan 1 and work thru to the end of the book. How would you do this with Dan 1:1? Thank you

Yes. I study one chapter per week, one verse at a time. Some verses may not have anything that you want to look further into, and that’s okay. Look for words you want to clarify, cross reference verses, and read study Bible and commentary notes. Hope this helps!!

This is so cute! Somebody teaching the teacher.😇 Rebuke - the U says its name. Rebook - sounds like the "oo" which is saying the owl sound. This is cute, cute! I had a conversation with my grandson like this. We are learning blends. I love this comment and it is not meant to harm. It is a great question.

PRECEPTS INDUCTIVE STUDY is the originator of this method of study. Kay Arthur is the teacher. She has been teaching for many years. You are charging $20, $165. or $300 a year for this method when it is free? There are a lot of bible study teachers that charge nothing.

@@belindacoffin9413 do you have a job? This is mine. I work a lot and I work hard at what I do. I feed my family and keep a roof over our heads. People pay for “my” personality and way of teaching, they want to support my ministry and my family. You don’t, that’s okay, you do you. But I sure do hope you get paid for the work you do. People who don’t charge either have a non profit ministry or they have a full time job and lead a study on the side. This is what I do for a living.

It's hard for me to until I work along side. Could you put all this on a powerpoint? Imagine how many souls out there thatcwoukd be touched. See you can read...read..read, and talk...talk...talk all day long. BUT applying it on paper and seeing it on papee in large print kind of leaves us or those with intellectual difficulties/process information a little slower than others whilevyour filming as facillitator.
