Arraksboll (or Punschboll/Romboll) was something I grew up with. It has been my favourite patisserie since I can remember and it is what I will always choose if I go to a Swedish café. It’s incredibly simple to make and you can make it with either Arrak (my favourite), Rum or Swedish Punsch. My twist on this recipe is to use salted butter, which makes it even better in my mind. The decoration is not a must, it’s just how it was always decorated when I had it as a child so I did it the same way for nostalgic reasons. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!
