I just made these x4 =16 flat breads and they are sooooo good!! I’m so glad l found your recipe. They taste just like the ones with flour. Finally able to enjoy flat breads again being gluten free..Thank you!’

I love the idea of turning my sweet potato roti into paratha by brushing it with oil before the last couple of turns. Thank you for that knowledge. I can't wait to do this now!

You are welcome 😊 Just a little bit oil though since it can get too oily! Ghee is best if you can tolerate it!

I just made these and they are delicious! I’ve been on AIP for 3 weeks and this is the third “wrap” recipe I’ve tried, the other two didn’t work out. I’m so happy I finally have something so delicious to use for tacos and with curries etc. Thank you so much! I ate one got off the pan with honey and it was so good! Next time I may try adding chopped coriander to the dough and brushing them with garlic infused oil as I cook them - what do you think?

You can try. I am not sure how the texture will be. But keep in mind that almond flour is not AIP.

this look amazing. I can't find cassava flour in my country, so sometimes I have to make it myself but it's very time consuming :( . have you tried it with green banana flour o tigernut flour ?

No unfortunately I have not tried this with tiger nut or banana flour. But I have tried it with water chestnut flour. Do you get that in your area?

@@Cook2Nourish No :(. Only coconut flour and tapioca starch. I make my own tigernut, banana or cassava flour. But I'll make more cassava flour to try this recipe :)

Hello. How is the texture on these wraps after keeping in the refrigerator? Just wondering, because some other wraps that I have made, get a little gummy after being in the refrigerator.

These do refrigerate well. Lay them flat on parchment paper and then cover with foil. Do not fold the wraps before storing as then they will begin to break.

These look so delicious- and the dough so soft. I have been eating cassava tortillas but like the idea of the extra added nutrition of the sweet potato. I don't have any sweet potato right now but am going to try with hubbard squash. Will probably have to adjust my water as it is wetter than sweet potato. Will keep you posted!

Hi Gracie, it should work but depending upon the water content in the puree, you may need to add more flour. Hope it works out well for you!

The cassavaflour we get in Belgium is much darker and not as fine milled, is that ok to use?

You can use singed atta or water chestnut flour.

Yes you can store it for 2-3 days in the fridge. You will have to thaw it to room temp before rolling again though.

all seeds and seed based oil are avoided in AIP elimination but they are stage 1 reintroductions so you these can be the first to reintroduce when you begin to feel better.

I haven't tried it with either of these. Almond flour might work but you may need to pat it with your hands as the dough may not be that flexible.
