Microwaving sweet potatoe is so easy. Wash, fork 3-4 places. Try 4 minutes on each side. Peels easily. Just cut lengthwise and peel back. Great with just salt, pepper and butter if you want that instead of roti. I can't wait to try roti with oat flour or red lentil soaked for 2 hours. I think i would fry it in butter or EVO or coconut oil.

You can brush up some cooking oil while frying the roti both as oil helps to keep the roti soft.

Wish i watched this before i watched another channel that described its ok to steam cook the sweet potato. I did that and it seemed to be very moist just like she described in this video. Didnt come out too good, I am going to try this recipe today..I have 2 cases of sweet potatoes.

That's a lot of sweet potato! Lol. Ah yes I had the same problem, they're a few different techniques but through trial and error I found it works best either microwaved or baked - but added extra flour should help 😊Thanks for watching!

Yes you can, you might have to increase/decrease the amount of flour to sweet potato in order to get a workable dough 😊
