These videos have been put together very well so far, and the most recent and up to date I've seen aswell. A cool thing about the chainsaw is that in addition to acting as an axe it also acts as shears, so it will drop long grass and leaves when used on them, and will shear sheep when you right click them. It's also a very effective weapon if you don't have the nanosabre yet.

From tekkit (industrial craft 1) I remember that the mineing laser is capable of much more than that. I think it's holding m and pressing right click.

i was going to ask you for showcasing the crops in IC2 and you already done it :D well, kinda. I played around with it on the server, i had setup of 4 3x3 fields for crossbreeding between best seeds, fifth 3x3 field was to reproduce more seeds of the same plants and to be top crossed. even this way, getting good seeds of hops took a lot of time and effort. And the booze barrels work but dont have any manual and arent intuitive. You just need right ratio of wheat, water cells and hops to be inserted and let it ferment for few hours irl, thats why i did it on the server and then i cracked cold ones with the boys, or inserted treetap into barrel to stop it from fermenting ... there is no fluid produced, because only way to retrieve the booze is to tap it into stone mugs and depending on the ratio of ingredients in the barrel, you get different potion effects and really bad case of feeling dizzy after a few pints, so be careful.

Late comment but farming is pretty good in ic2 I made a fully automatic coffee maker in ftb ie that made my friend rage and destroy our inventory system cause I kept sipping my coffee
