Industrial Development Consultants v Cooley (Directors obtaining personal advantage)

In this corporations law case, a Director was not allowed to keep the profits made as a result of opportunities which he obtained in direct consequence of his position as a Director (and based on knowledge obtained as a director). The fact that he lied his way out of his contract probably didn't help much either.
