Thank you for your HCU2 review. For now, I have a Voyager3; next will be an HCU2, I've really enjoyed your presentations and look forward to seeing many more. Best regards, Charles Thurber, Mad Dawg Monograms, Oklahoma, USA

Thanks for the review! She is a beauty. I received my HCS3 almost two weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. Designs that take 50 minutes to stitch on my Brother 6 needle only take 25 minutes on the Happy. 🤯 Someday I’ll get a 15 needle. 😊🙏🏽

Hi Marie - I only had my Happy Japan HCS3 for 3 weeks and have a steep learning curve now. Very different from a single needle machine.Enjoy yours:)

I found the same thing! I still love using my 6 needle Brother for specific projects but in terms of general speed and versatility I love my 12 Needle Happys. If you do look at getting a 15 needle - have a look at their other 15 needle model the HCD3 too

I must admit....this is the best informative reveiw of the happy japans I have come across. At the moment I'm using a Brother V3 (single needle).The plan us to invest in a 12 needle in the next few months.

I bought my first single needle embroidery machine a year ago thanks to your advice, I am looking forward to get a multi needle now, but Happy Japan distributor here in my country is not as good as my current bernette distributor, unfortunately I would have to look to other options, I really love the design of Happy's and the touch screen is absolutely pleasant to see, very good designs and colors, anyway thanks for your reviews and I'm looking forward to see more videos!

I am really interested in purchasing one of these but I have no idea about the software. I am currently using Brother so all my designs are in PES. Would I be able to convert those designs to use on the Happy? I am also concerned about repairs and servicing. There doesn't seem to be a lot of info out there!

My dealer in the US said this doesn’t come with standard laser? Any insight?
@pinkbirdembroidery828111 ай бұрын
Hi thank you for your comment. My machine is from Midwest Machinery in the UK it came with a point laser as standard with the option to upgrade to a cross hair laser, however I queried your question with my sales rep in the UK and he said that worldwide, other agencies differ and a lot of them do not add the point laser, but I would imagine you can get it as an optional extra

Hello! I don't sell these machines I just review them from a company in the UK called Midwest Machinery, if you are looking to purchase one I would recommend contacting Happy Japan directly and they can put you in touch with your local distributor.

Fair comment! I can see why you'd think that. Reviewing the Happy Japan machines all sort of started when I made the "10 needle Brother Vs 12 Needle Happy Japan" video which Midwest Machinery/Happy Japan saw and they've been sending me machines to review ever since. If other machine manufactures were to reach out I'd gladly review their machines too. I've always had a very positive experience with Happy Japan but if ever you have specific questions about the user experience of Happy Japan feel free to shoot me a message here or to my email and I can tell you more about it :)
