Industrial Techno Liveset w/ Push 3, Microfreak, DFAM & PC44

A month ago one of my bestfriends ask me to perform live for his birthday, which I straight up said yes... Problem is that I didn't have any set up or liveset ready and had to make one from scratch in two weeks... This is the final result. (re-recorded after the gig live in my studio)

@@Syntax73 yes but you would need to have a computer and a soundcard to connect everything to remplace the standalone part of the push 3.then you can still launch scene, trigger note, sequence etc

Damn cool set! I definitely want to try Chain Selector style of stacking the synths. Because right now I use more matrix style, where first track it’s first 8 tracks and scenes, next track is 9-16, so I change them by going down and right via Page buttons. But in this style all my tracks are ON, so I manually turn ON-OFF some of them, because different patches of my Mininova, Bass Station 2, TD-3 and Poly D use different FXs and etc. Chain Selector should work this out, so I can apply FXs belonging to this tune. Thank you for this tip in explanation video! In last year I had first ever live in May, then two in August and fourth in November. The first one was planned in my head and studio repetitions, as 45 minutes set. But in real life: I started in 23:00, when I was playing last tune, I checked the time on watch, there was 23:23 =) So I played around to 28 minutes :) All scenes was in manual start mode, so I need to play melodies on synths, the same time change scenes or some clips. It was nervous =) Next time I found that I can set how long scene plays and then jumps next or any other one! This released my hands to be more free while I perform on synths. Fun fact I used to create music more than 15 years using Logic. In August 2022 I got Push 2 with Live 11 Suite. So it was like you yachting in open sea, then come helicopter and you go piloting it. Just other paradigm when you work around Push 2 and all stuff that you have in studio. First I got Mininova, then TD-3, after Bass Station 2 and last one is Poly D, but it stays always in studio, but I resample its parts. Now I thinking to resample everything for situation, when I can’t get all stuff with me, but to have ability to perform my music.

thanks for sharing your journeyo, yeah live + push is pretty great for live performance...can be always a good idea to have like @baqck up track@ of your external hardware in case one broke down, or you cannot take it with you etc so many thing can go wrong when going live that you must be prepared haha
