I'm sooooo happy that you acknowledged Aaliyah. I get so bummed when people don't know how beautifully talented she was. And how her life was just cut so short. I lost my mind when PTX released this cover, cuz I rarely see anyone give Aaliyah her flowers. She is a legend. RIP 'Liyah!

This is one of my favorites, and probably the only one in my top list that isn't Mitch-centric. Definitely the only one I don't focus on Mitch in the video... this is all about Matt, even when he's out of focus in the background. Now after saying that, I don't know how your sound is balanced but this might have been the first time I felt the bassline in my chest while watching on my phone without headphones. That was great 😆 This would have to be what the requester wanted, because they don't have a cover of New Rules by itself. I read that Kevin was mixing the two songs on his own and Scott heard him and suggested PTX do it because it sounded so good.
