IndyCar 2013: Round 4 Sao Paulo [Full Race]

This race... was AMAZING! Seriously this was a great watch. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was less cautions. I wish IndyCar would fix that but I understand if the track isn't suited for that unlike F1 tracks where almost corner has a convenient run off. Either way, that ending proves that motorsports is still alive and kicking, just gotta be in the right place at the right time ;)

A melhor corrida em pista de rua que vi na Indy até hoje. Gosto de Long Beach, achei legal Detroit no novo layout, até curto a pista de Toronto, mas Anhembi é simplesmente a melhor pista de rua que nasceu na America do Sul e essa corrida a melhor de todos os tempos neste lado da America em se tratando de corridas na rua. Hinchcliffe foi perfeito na manobra final, coisa que Tony já havia feito para tomar a liderança de Hunter-Reay.

this race NEEDS to be back on the schedule. Ik the problems with weather and shit, but this racing is just too good to scratch. Plus, there are a lot of Brazilian fans and drivers, and it would have a great turnout.

Franchitti, Wilson, Dixon, Bourdais, Power, Hunter-Reay and Filippi are all F1 material. Montoya who was one of the fastest in F1 from 2001-2006 is gonna join Indycar for 2014. If you wanna get to know American Open wheel heritage, then look up the CART seasons 1995-2001 here on youtube.

Corrida espetacular de Marco Andretti nos momentos finais, saindo de oitavo para terminar em terceiro. Newgarden mostrou talento, mas foi imaturo para se defender tanto de Marco quanto de Hinch. Sato deu emoção indescritivel ao final da corrida, mitou!

OK, so I'm a huge Motorsport fan, but I've never watched Indy Car before. I've watched this race and the Detroit races and I have a few questions. Cars: are they built to spec? Tyres: Red is a soft compound, black is harder. How do they degrade (graining, blistering, thermal deg etc) and what's the time difference between them on a lap? Drivers: Do they not get contracts for a year like...errr... Every other motorsport? Driving standards: Hmmmm... Not convinced by some of the driving I've seen.
