It tastes kind of bitter, somewhat reminds you of a spoiled meat taste... It's that mushy grey looking stuff... As for the lobster on the pizza... they didn't even bother to clean the shit out of it, that's simply a careless pizza place. Regardless, you can't combine a pizza and a lobster and expect a tasty result. It's like eating vanilla ice-cream topped with salmon caviar...
