We don't get enough crosses into the box. Watch old footage of Utd and you'll see how much we relied on crosses into the box for strikers. Amad, Dalot, Garnacho, Dorgu, Maza need to get crosses into the box for the striker and look for cutbacks to the 10s. It's really that simple.

The solution is getting a sporting director that really knows about football, a manager that really knows about football, scouts that really know about football and have them all aligned in what is the managers idea of play. Then you need to get good coaches to support the manager. On the academy side you need and academy director with a idea of play that develops players on terms of Intelligence, technic, pshycology and athletic development. As far as I can tell you're already doing some good things - scouting youth talent, having a good manager. It can lead to success, but the actual path will be way longer. You don't need to buy 11 excellent players, you need to get 2/3 excellent players, 2/3 good players and 5/6 talented Youth, then getting 1/2 players a year but just excellent players that can add substantial value to the team.

Stage 3: They clear the debt and hire a proper manager that doesn’t play a Temu version of Southgate Ball and who’s style suits our best young talent, allowing us to build the squad around them. Stage 5: Invest massively in the squad and add to the foundations of young talent we already have in place. Stage 6: Get the new stadium underway and renovate the entire area. For me that’s the quickest solution to achieving Mission 21 lol.

The mission i believe is entirely based around 17 to 21 year old players developing that we have/are going to buy and build into better players and that are young have the legs and hunger to get to the top the only flaw is we also need top class players in there mid 20s to nurture and develop the kids around them so it makes sence the mission 21 but they either don't have the cash or won't spend the cash to get there so it ends up been a good idea but worthless because we don't have the money to back it up

If we sell even at a reasonable loss Shaw, Antony, Casimiero, Rashford, macguire, and Mount - this rids us of 99% of our bad wages. Once this is done then we rebuild our contract offerings to only go wit performance. We then at least control the wage bill and this helps . Also SJR should payoff 28% of the debt and at least get the glazers to publicly say they will not match the gesture

With regards to Luke Shaw, ask him to coach U12 and U10 kids or if he cannot do that also, do some clerical work at Utd rather than making Man Utd his paid holiday rehab home

Basically, Glazers & Ineos want us the fans to accept that some rich man wants to own a club he says he supports for his own vanity project. In the meantime, our club is suffering because this rich man isn't the right person for the job. Why should we accept that? What do we get out of that?
