Just like to point out it is Ratcliffe not Sutcliffe. I think you may be mistaking him with a notorious English serial killer 😂

Love your passion! I've waited my entire life to own a vehicle like this. I love everything about it even the quirks.

I’ve bought three. Two Wagons and a Quartermaster on order. Sold two heavily modified 200 Series Land Cruiser’s, 2013 and 2021 and a Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison plus winch extra skid plates…. I have also owned wheeled and welded on to get home every Jeep except a YJ since my first car, a 1980 CJ5. The Grenadier is a Tool, if you want a toy buy and modify a Jeep, but be warned you’ll spend considerably more than the Grenadier ultimately. Hands down the Grenadier is my dream Car and perfect in every way if it remains as reliable as experience in other markets and testing suggests except fuel capacity and range. Great review. Everyone who would like to know more about what the Grenadier is and what it’s capable of should watch Ronny Dahl’s and Dirtbox Overland’s reviews and videos.

All your wants are exactly what I was thing... I want the pickup version as well but cant understand why its more with less. And if they could only figure out how to hide those old school wheel weights😄

Excellent on point review by the way! Got me more excited about my Ineos. For me it feels like bmw made a G wagon competition lol

I share you sentiment, how awesome it is to have this as an option.

Great review and presentation! Yeah just wish these things werent so expensive, though perhaps lightly used ones will be much more palatable.

And relative to the market for focused off roaders, theyre really not crazy if you stay away from all the extras

Land Rover lost its soul, because the company they only care about money and not passion anymore. That’s what happened to Land Rover…

Great review --- how much more do you like this Ineos versus the Defender 130 Outbound you reviewed recently? Outbound only win out if you need more cargo space and better on-road manners?
@TheHooniverseКүн бұрын
Yeah I think the Outbound gets that edge on cargo and on-road, but I wish they did an Outbound in the 110. The Ineos will still win on price though, at that point. That Defender is definitely nicer on road though, no doubt about it.

I own two Grenadiers and have the Quartermaster on order and sold two well modified 200 Series Land cruiser’s I swore I’d never sell. Having the Grenadier I just assume throw rocks at the Land Cruisers. I’ve also owned modified and welded on to get home every jeep except a YJ. I’ve owned four Land Rovers, Series one and two Discoveries, 1990 Range Rover Classic and a 2007 L322 Range Rover. None of them compare to the Grenadier, it is the car I’ve always wanted Grenadier, travel across Africa, Australia and Mongolia no worries. New Defender don’t drive any further down a dirt road than your willing to walk out.

You can buy this mid $70s at 2.9% interest. So with $5k down that is like a grand a month.

Three issues with this for me. OK four. #1 I haven't driven it yet #2 I can't afford it. Well I can, I just don't don't want to spend that much. #3 It's tall enough that getting my Irish Wolfhounds in and out would be a pain in the ass without teaching then to use a ramp, and then having to then carry said giant ramp all the time #4 We don't get the f&*king Diesel! #5 BONUS - You missed all the great opportunities to drop Deadwood clips in of every character at one point say, "go F*&K yourself" #6 BONUS #2 - Ronny Dahl did a nice series with the Grenadier if you haven't already watched it.

I had a neighbor who was a long term extra on Deadwood, and he was a dick. So i never watched the show haha

This and the Cybertruck are hamstrung by a very specific brief and both suffered from project creep. If the idea that its just had a bad launch and once people drive one they grow onto it. Well I drove one and it felt heavy, slow was thirsty and wandered. If it was just me there wouldn't be 124 used Grenadiers on sale with less than 6000 miles on the clock here in Europe. I hope you enjoy one when you get one.
@brucebeard978Күн бұрын
When you invoked the Cybertruck, you lost any semblance of reality. The Grenadier is obviously not designed for you but I suspect that no one cares…😊
