You can hear the clarity in this conversation. Dave Anderson knows exactly what is going on, which I don’t realize enough how rare that is simply because of the people I expose myself to online. Almost no one talks so coherent in real life.

I agree sista. I am now entering my 30's. I am active in the community reaching back out to the youth; educating them on life skills, having principles & values and learning how to understand their emotions. I show gratitude towards my elders and the ones who paved the way and I shall do the same thing. We must continue to sow seeds. WE ARE AT WAR!

I’ve seen shorts of Dave Anderson on SM platforms but never a full interview. This was timely and informative. Not only were questions answered but clarity was also rendered during this segment. Needless to say, I enjoyed it!! I am now a subscriber and look forward to more fruitful discussions like this.

There is really no such thing as failure, except for the failure to try. Otherwise that which many call failure, are simply the various things that did not work at the time. Nothing beats a failure but to try, try, try again. The teacher appears when the student is ready. The best of all teachers is adversity. Learn to dance with adversity. Fear not the invitation to dance. Be honored to be chosen to dance. It is your destiny to booggee like you have never booggeed before. Meet the challenge to build better character. The quality of the content of your character, transcends the material and connects the Spirit for whatever transition there is to come. Make your actions your worship.

Smart man, pulling his kids out of public education. John Davison Rockefeller Sr. was the architect of the present state of public education. He needed labors not thinkers or creativity. Public school is all about the training of what a child cannot do; or achieve. Otherwise, they would tell children; that they have the most powerful supercomputer between their ears. Peace

45:16 I have been saying this for a while that we are the only ones that constantly get our dirty laundry aired out. Other race has their own issues but nobody brings it up. Anytime we are mentioned it is almost always negative. You hear that we have the highest poverty rate compared to others but you don’t hear that in 1960 we went from 47 percent down to 18 in 2023. Black high school graduation rates went from 38 percent in the 60s to 82 in 2023. People like to compare us to the next but never take account of the deficit we started from and the amount of progress we made.

More black men need to gravitate towards the military, trades and high technical fields. Corporate America is full of ivy league, pretentious liberals who are even more racist. There's politics everywhere but environment that are actually masculine the petty BS tends to get filtered out with meritocracy.

@greatestone4eva3 ай бұрын
i agree with some of the things he says but at 1:02:01 yes we need maximum skills but people need livable minimum wages if they already proved they have the skills to work a job. when you rent an apartment they ask for annual salary over 40x the monthly rent. most people simply cannot afford a basic home so if you dont want to raise min wage you gotta lower the rent. things have to stay in balance. also random but all the girls i like em natural and beautiful af i'm glad i never had to deal with fake bbls n whatnot 😂. on education i love the insight, especially on schools and how they send people to ensure compliance but these people are often not caring about actual outcomes and the quality of the student experience when making their assessments or reports. i'm only an hr in, & probably got more to add after.

This interview is going very well knowledgeable, intellectual corporate understanding what goes on in corporate world I get it . but for you to say about the black history, Spanish history, Jewish history, etc., and black history taken out of schools it should not be taken out it is racist that they take Black out of the schools for a simple fact that we were the foundation of this country slate we built the foundation for America to be great like it is great like it is where people from other countries are coming here and prospering. They need to know the history of the people that may possible for them to come over other part of the country and prosper but I respectfully disagree but the interview is awesome. The problem is people from other countries the country don’t know the history of what Black people contribute to this great country of America so they don’t have that much respect because they see the poorest part on the news of Black people and they think all Black people are like that and they need to learn to contribute that we made so they can have a better respect for the country. We made better for them in my opinion.
