Let’s try to unpack education for a clearer understanding. First: there is a difference between schooling and education. Second: schools are designed to duplicate the society in which they operate. Third: the US spends 5% of its GDP on education. Other countries spend up to 20% Fourth: education is not a constitutional right in the US. It is in most other industrialized nations. Fifth: most teachers in the US have spent 5 years preparing to teach, while doctors spend anywhere from 8 to 15. Sixth: other countries agree to use standards for instruction. The US leaves that up to the states and tend to rely on Professional Education Companies to determine what is taught. Seventh- the US has become test obsessed and pays handsomely to companies that produce these tests, while in Japan, students take no tests until grade 3. Eighth - most American teachers do not read or keep up with research on the latest pedagogical practices. Ninth- the present attrition rate for teachers is 3 years. And the major complaint they give for leaving is lack of support from the administration. Tenth- Teacher prep programs are doing a piss poor job preparing teachers for the classroom. Lots of theory; little practice.

Assuming people know why Kamala paid celebrity's like Oprah is bullshhh. It is at best a lazy intellectual informal fallacy being presented to the audience. I get this isn't a scientific debate, but you still need to use social, and emotional intelligence when dealing with an audience, especially a black audience.

No disrespect to those good brothers. They have a right to their opinions. Some of the points they made are valid. However, they, like some other so called pro Blacks, are great at identifying the various problems in the education system, and etc. But they don’t offer any practical solutions or policies solutions. They didn’t address the claims of suing schools for teaching CRT but pivoted to other aspects of education and the start of education. Do they even know what CRT actually is about? If you Ask them to explain CRT could they do it without regurgitating Democrat or Republican talking points? Anyone can complain and identify problems that doesn’t make them particularly intelligent. They won’t start or lead a movement to offer policies that will be better for Black Americans. They didn’t really look into the policies history. And the talking points of having a meritocracy when there’s a long history that shows that meritocracy doesn’t truly exist in America. That’s yt political conservative talking points. They are misinformed about the Black Church. It’s clear he’s a consumer of these fake pro Black grifters and ranters on KZbin (who appear to be closeted Trump supporters) that don’t offer any solutions.

I call people like you out on your 'Solution Shopping". ->. The Black Communities in America 2024 are living in 'The Solutions' that were accepted from 'Political Blackness' for the past 60 years. Why do you not inspect the effectiveness of these 'solutions' that our grandparents/parents bought into and invested in - as your ground floor? (Or are you appeased using 'Slavery' as your 'black baseline' in America, and any new favorable black in power is your 'Net Net Gain' for black progress)? The brother stated that Germantown High was closed in Philly. He did not drill down to tell you that Philly 2024 has purged all aspects of the 'Mayor/Police Chief Frank Rizzo' contingent , and the city, school board, court system is today run by officials who received the overwhelming black vote. (AKA Progressives). You are setting up 'Bad Consumer Behavior' with your claim of 'No Solutions? Shut up'. The black collective is standing at a 'Street Corner 3 Card Monte Game' with rapid hand movements. You have been induced by the fact that 'the house' has allowed you to win the first 3 games as an inducement. Brother Dave says: "We need to do better inspection of those playing cards, check out what is under those long sleeves of the dealer - on this 90 degree summer day (what is he hiding). Then you come along and tell Dave: "The dealer is a black man, why are you wanting to put a surveillance camera to thwart his 'Rapid Hand Movements' (that are tricking black people)? You have not proven sufficiently that 'we blacks' are being cheated by favorable people in the game. Then you point to white folks who are cheating as well'. The reference done to mentally pacify blacks.

If you listen he is offering solutions, the solution is in the problem. If government is funding the DOE with unchallenged access and no accountability to where the funds are going and how it’s spent, then the common denominator is and therefore the problem is government! Turn education back over to the states, that’s the first solution to education.

I just looked up Trump's party affiliations and I hope you all do too. At the time of the Central Park jogger incident, he was, in fact, a republican. He then went to the Independence Party (not independent but independence) in 1999, and tried to run for pres then, but pulled out. Then went democrat in 2001 until 2009 when he went republican again. So, he was a republican when he put out that ad in the paper. What else are you making up sir?

It's interesting how your guess never answered the question about Trump's environmental policies. He chose instead to talk about what he thinks black people aren't doing in that arena. He talked about employers replacing workers because they wanted fifteen an hour. They were not replaced because they complained. The machines were already set to replace those workers anyway. It was in development. For years, I've been telling people this was coming. But, I do agree with the broader point of doing something to improve your living situation so you don't have to rely on a higher minimum wage. He talked about, I guess, black people not having filed a lawsuit regarding the scam of college tuition (and it is a scam). I wonder why he hasn't filed it, though? On what is he waiting? I'd never heard of Dave Anderson before watching part of this video. So, maybe he has a history of activism of which I'm unaware. I probably won't watch another, however. This conversation was strewn with too many unnecessarily insulting, degrading comments. You don't need to do that to make your point, young man.

Your analysis is defective. You use 'Black Identity' as a branded 'John Deere Wheat Harvester X3300 XL' and proclaim their value in HARVESTING 'BLACK FIELD WHEAT' - being equal to the work that the WHITE HARVESTERS are conducting by contrast. Absence from your analysis - for example - is how Roland Martin always sells 'All Politics Are Local' - doing so to make sure his Democratic Party keeps 'Their Black Fields' protected, but ultimately the goal is to make sure all of his harvesting operations benefits the national party. You focus on 'The Black companies' - but you did not reference that in mid-term elections - Roland Martin said: "The WHITE BOYS in the DNC finance committee need to send more advertising dollars to black media". FACTS! So why are you focusing on 'Black Companies' but not what the WHITE FUNDING SOURCES are purchasing - which is 'Flavored Soulfood Sodium' . A better measure is how effective 'black investments' into politics itself has been - thanks to black marketers. See Dr Gerald Ball (I Mix What I Like) who takes apart the black ad firms that used to work for Ebony/ Jet/ Essence - to produce black consumers instead of black independent thinkers.
