Inevitable accident is unforeseeable and therfore cannot be prevented but act of god even if it is foreseeable it can not be prevented

the excuses won’t convince me. so you mean to say you can manipulate the judges with these excuses? if your tire burst out obviously your insurance will pay it all in US law but for Philippines as insurance is not enforced, the defendant will have to pay from their own pocket
