I'm not new to tools and was just going to click off the video. Then you said challenge at the end, so I watched... OK, while I may have more tools, your suggestions here are almost the same as what I recommend those new homeowners or those starting out on their own. Challenge accepted. I have donated tools and have given basic kits similar to this away. Excellent video.
