Nothing is likely to change for this guy until his whole attitude and mindset changes. But the most important part of the story is under no circumstances should you try to scupper a Thai workers little earner with another bloke. You have nothing to gain, owe the other guy nothing and are just doing it out of spite or to (pointlessly) try to get rid of a competitor. Remember most of these girls hold a grudge, take extreme action when they decide on revenge and need very little money to get you badly hurt or worse. As hard as it may be and as wronged as you have been just go quietly. It's the sensible and safe option.
