It’s DLC from the PlayStation store, it’s about £3.99 and is a 4 Part mission arch with the jacket as a reward at the end

I'm not sure mate it should come under the cole's legacy DLC, Suckerpunch are a US based company too so I don't think the UK should have any exclusive rights, I hope you find it though it's surprisingly good for a short DLC and quite nostalgic 😅

@@revenge1205 i literally made a European PSN account and bought a European PSN card as an American and got Cole's Legacy DLC. It's possible to get but you have to switch a lot of things around like your region on a brand new psn account.
