I don't like the fossils I like when fossils are original pokemon I mind inspiration from a previous pokemon but these don't look good in my opinion if it's not broke don't fix the Sandile and slakoth line ate fine the way they are.

I've never been to Greece. But I am so fascinated with it's culture, I didn't learn much about Greek mythology until English class in High School, I think Greece would be a good setting for a potential Pokémon region, due to so much of the folklore surrounding the Greek Gods/Goddesses such as Zeus, Hades God of Underworld, etc. Love your video. 🔥

I love all the Olympian forms, I just wish Hestia had gotten one too. Even if she's not as well-known she's still an Olympian (even if she got later replaced by Dionysus). I would love a support fire-normal Pokémon for her.

By all accounts, the Underworld was a shadowy and chilly place, not on fire (Note: Most of Hell isn't on fire either) Ground-Ghost is a really cool typing that fits really well

@@socialistrepublicofvietnam1500 No, Dark Ice would work much better, both in keeping with the original mythology and with older interpretations of Hell (Paradise Lost and the Divine Comedy, for example). Even Devil May Cry 3 got it right by making the Cerberus nunchucks inflict ice damage!

Easiest explanation for it's change in typing from Dark/ Fire to Ghost/ Ground would be that spirits (ie. Ghosts) are associated with Hell, while Hell itself is commonly depicted as under GROUND. It makes almost even more sense than it's original typing. Lol

First and foremost I want to gush over Tzatzikeel! I am a sucker for food based Pokemon, and the fact that there is a Greek region with a Greek Yogurt and Tzatziki inspired Pokemon is nothing but pure genius and I LOVE it! ❤ Now that I've gotten that off my chest, I would have chosen Pokemon Bronze for my version with my starter being Panikid because it is just so adorable! Pokemon on the team: Gladyr, Rainine, Altamoth, Fleyxo, Terimount, and Tzatzikeel. Runner ups are: Kulboom, Celebricity, Miasmatisse, Mosqinko, Slider, Khumulo, Naraniray, and Tundriff. And as far as the Olympian forms are concerned my favorites are: Torkoal, Sawsbuck, and Altaria. I'm also a big fan of the legendaries that I assume are based on the muses. They are just so cute and elegant!~

tbh I don't think I bounce with most of the OC pokemon but they got some real slick ones still. Banglow, the water starter, and Draycon are easily my favorite of them, though there's a few more good ones, those would make the team with the rest being the new forms of all the old pokemon, and aside from maybe a handful of them all the new forms are real hot

The addition of fairy and dragon starter really shakes up the typical avoidance of the oversaturated grass and water types. Fire needs a debuff just to stop it being the obvious choice near every time.

Personal Rules: I only list the stage 1 pokemon in catch list because I love training my pokemon from baby form but if they don´t have a baby form I will list the pokemon as it is. However once I reach the final team list I will only list 6 fully evovled pokemon since that is team I will use to challage the elite four. Lastly if a new evelotion of an old pokemon appears and I want it I will list it´s baby form even if it already is a real pokemon. Starter pick: Tydra is an easy first pick for me. I have never seen an evolution that I immediately went yup thats mine till I saw stingeon. I love my poison types and that is the best poison eeveelution I have seen. Along with that someone finally designed a water starter I love again. Hydroon is on the team. Slimera is freaking amazing. I absolutely love it. Scorparillo blew me away when I first saw it. Definetly on the team. Theres some good looking mons to that I didn't mention. More than likely alterodile is on the team. Hymitate as well. Man there's just so many good ones

while I agree having three immunities is nice for a Normal/Ghost type. Its not that effective coverage wise for attacking other types it only hits ghost and psychic for super effective while the rest is neutral damage besides Normal/Ghost can fall to Dark types, so no it ain't "busted" Fire/Ice would be nice and hopefully we get one that isn't stuck behind a ability for Galarian Darmanitan

There are two regions that I believe you should look over: the Brastor region (inspired by Brazil) and the Espira region (inspired by the Iberian peninsula). I don't think these regions are complete yet but, the fakemon they have are awesome.

Bruh theres so many good ones like Felyxo, Banglow, Mosqinko, Tzatzikeel, Miasmatiss, and of course the regionals like Houndoom, Rapidash, Arbok, Mudsdale, and Sawsbuck. None of the starters got my attention so if I were to play pokemon iron i would have to go with Slimera since seviper is cool looking and honestly dont get much love. Elyseon, Rainine, Tundriff, Basilant cause I like salazzal. And Bisharp cause it holds a special spot in my heart

Normal/Ghost is busted. It's immune to both Ghost and Fighting taking care of two weaknesses. It is only super effected by Dark. Wouldn't surprise me if it got a fighting move for coverage either.

Ive been toying with a region idea in my head lately. Im more focus on an open ended experience but a big idea i had was making the type specialist have dedicated off type coverage pokemon while having a battle strategy that would tie everything together Like a rock type gym leader with a focus on weather using gigalth, coalossal, relicath, torkoal, aerodactyl, tropius. Sandstorm would be the primary weather but sunny day would be a second since fire and grass both benefit off it and can answer some of the types rock is weak too. Since i picture the game being more open ended id want gym leaders to scale based off how many you’ve already beaten. Using 2 pokemon as the 1st gym, 3 for the 2nd-4th, 4 pokemon for the 5th-7th gyms which is when off coverage pokemon would start being used. And then 5 pokemon, 1 being off type, for the last gym leader and elite 4. Id imagine levels being +2 for the ace pokemon and -2 for coverage pokemon.
