Regarding extra man power I see someone reduce the watch towers personel to zero during the day and then fill the tower back during the night

No need for this micromanagement , we got a lot of men power, and new citizens come every day, also guards are important to defend the zone from enemy in the day too. If you let the guards take jobs in the day, you can build more faster but this require a lot of micromanagement and I prefer to not do it right now.

Is it possible to extend your HQ? Building it out more / more "green", or is there no added value to this?

Right now the HQ is limited and you cannot do anything, the building is super big but only 350 units for storage and 50 people can live on it, only big plus is you can manage many squads. I suspect in future will have option to upgrade building and etc.

Thank you, unfortunately you cannot all alpha keys are gone for now, but early access should be ready after few months
