This tier looks better than ur last video. It still looks a bit odd, the rewards seem grindy for nothing. Blizzard needs to realize 4m gold is not a large reward especially if it takes many minutes items go for many billions only select few players actually trade into territory where they can bid billions on them. So 4 million is not a reward.

4m would be a lot of gold if the enchanting cap was way lower than the current 4.7 MILLION GOLD *PER* re-roll attempt if you dropped the cap to just about 1million gold, then a reward of 4mil would feel amazing, cuz that's "4 more tries to get CDR on my 2GA Crit/Heavy Handed amulet" but nope. they think 4m is a "good" reward. idiot devs.

seasons are only so long and then your character is irrelevant. it's a shite system when there is no feeling of true character permanency. I wish d4 did it like last epoch, or in a similar veign, loading every season to eternal as well, and doing the battlepass based on xp earned at start of season. there are some cool reincarnation systems that could work as well either granting bonus paragon points or skill points. it feels kind of shite when at the end/start of a new season you know all that work and dedication means practically nothing.

4m is around what you get in a Tier 1. But if this scales linearly with aether than a Tier 8 probably 5x that at best so yea that is not enough especially with this upgrade system which seems to take a long time. I'd be fine with this activity being something you can only do occasionally when you get the mats together to run it, but then the rewards do have to be massive. Otherwise if the rewards are smallish then this thing would a) have to be much shorter and b) you'd have to be able to just spam it like the pit. With how it seems to be right now the rewards would have to be at least 10x in the highest tier (something like 200m gold) or more.

Game mode add on idea - it’s be in a colosseum where it’s dilapidated and we have humans and demons cheering making it feel like a real trial , add traps and stage events. And go up levels per fight. Each fight up until lvl 10 you earn gold and obels each 10 levels up you get a chest with random items up until say lvl 200+ which earns you a guaranteed spot in the hall of fame and a mythic unique.each level will have a time limit to complete. Being a short season it will offer people a better end game. Leaving the colleseum will have the shops and potion vendors etc etc. to show everyone that you are the champion of the game I’d suggest making a special skin for each character after completion ( typing this on my phone and it’s super glitchy)

The rewards are shit. Not worth doing if they don’t buff the hell out of it. Helltide is trash again. This ptr is just a 10 step downgrade to season 4. Even tempering sucks. 25 tempers in a row same stat. 16 in row and 104 tempers without seeing dmg to crowd control. Sorc should be deleted from the game and start over. Their paragon boards are too weak compared to others getting multiple multipliers. The math doesn’t add up on Sorc and some Druid stuff. Hope they change a lot of what’s current on ptr.

they change anything in PTR at the pit? yesterday trying the usual 101 I got to the boss thinking I would take him out in 7 seconds as usual and instead no , he had the same debuff multiplier of damage taken like the uber bosses and he had much more HP than a normal pit101 boss, in fact I died but on the second try he went down as usual fast.

For me personally wave based stuff is pretty niche and unfun content like Simulacrum in PoE, I'm not a fan. And on top of that just not getting loot from killing things is just a big massive yikes, i wanna smash and get loot not play a wave simulator. We already have bunch of unfun content in the game that don't feel rewarding, NMDs, Pit, Gauntlet, and now this. Legit only half interesting content in the game is helltides, but that's open world and is just omega laggy.

Very few people are going to progress this and have builds like Rob, I have 84k AP armour 10k and 76k health and I struggle to kill bosses at 84 pit, trash is easy but bosses just take to long. My point is that average players won't see this content so what's the point? I want to continuously upgrade my character, at some point you have to make better interesting content. More maps and story should be high on the list but these types of live service are a dead end. I came back to season 4 , I reworked my affixed grandfather to 12/12 but now I have to endure I ton of pits to get my HCrest from 10/12 and so on with all my other gear. Maybe I have ADD, but I think I'm done for now.

I have the same ww barb he posted in his video and I can speed farm pit 101 in like 2 minutes. I had a direct bash barb that could do the same. I made a rogue and can do pit 101 in 4 minutes on the second day with no greater affixes and only shako. Either you are using the wrong gear or you don’t fully understand the mechanics.

It's not you. I am in the SAME EXACT boat. I thought "do i Just not like D4 anymore?" but no I love d4. These developers on this and many games making endgame content that REQUIRES the top 1% meta builds and to also have them perfectly rolled isn't a fun chase. It's a job at that point and add in seeing any streamer constantly get the perfect gear and ubers will demoralize anyone. The fact that you die and it's like oh thanks for playing for a 1hr + run and it's like JUST KIDDING NO REWARD you wasted your only time to game and progress ha ha we got you. This event is tailored for people who don't work full-time jobs or sit and stream all day. I have countless friends that play d4 and I feel like ZERO of us are excited about this new mode. We simply work too much to try and get one of these perfected builds let alone try to play a game mode for hours and see ZERO progress. There is a serious hit or miss with these teams making every other season. I can see a MASSIVE amount of backlash for this season already and the majority of casuals (which like it or not is most of the player base) skipping season 5 entirely.

If you get stuck at low level pits, you are bad at the game my friend. Plain and simple. I pushed to 100+ pits effortlessly with several different builds (non meta too)and know many who did the same. I also have friends that struggle on low level and they blame the game, then i check their gear and how they play and the problem is definitely them. If you cant clear pit 100 without stressing too much, you are doing something wrong. Funny you mention having 84k attack power, same thing my friends do and cant believe they do no dmg. Attack power is meaningless, you can have insane attack power rolling many %dmg stats for example, and still do no dmg. Just you mentioning attack power is a sign that you dont understand how the game works
