I've been drinking coffee since age 12. At 29, I got pregnant after 2 months of trying. That pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage. I don't know for sure if this had an effect, but any factors I can control, the better. I've been drinking almost strictly decaf for the past 5 months. Still trying for my rainbow baby 🌈

I had to quit and move on to cacao for now which has a lot less caffeine. I will have to quit that before embryo transfer.

Before my first pregnancy i was drinking 1 coffee, energy drinks juice and soda. Now we ttc with clomid (just has round3) and i only drink half a coffe mug coffee and juice, 1 500ml super green. Still not pregnant.
