I think there is at least one missing death for this game. I remember one that when you are inside the lab, where the mutated plant is, and try to go to the right through the window, it leads you directly to the bay, but you fall and die. It gives you the following message: "You leap from the lab window into the shuttle bay, unfortunately the fall is farther than you expected and you are mortally wounded."

What about dying by wondering around after starting the station's self-destruction sequence?

Were you able to die from the self-destruct? I wandered the station for quite a while but never had the station self-destruct until I started the shuttle to finish the game.

@@CrankyTemplar I didn't play the game, just wondering if that death is a possibility. Giving the fact that no one should to linger around when the place is going to self-destruct, it should've been either a death or a self-sacrifice ending, like the character might have decided go down with the station as they could still carry the infection that killed the entire crew.

Yeah, normally waiting around with a self-destruct sequence would lead to a death but no matter how much time I killed the station didn't explode. So I'm led to believe there simply isn't one.
