About the problem with palm rejection, I actually have a glove (with the fingertips cut off) that I wear on my drawing hand whenever I work on digital art. It looks funny, but it surely works!

I'm having issues with fill option! There's a thin line around the shape. It's annoying. I tried increasing tolerance and dragging the color. It fixes few pixels but again few pixels are not getting filled. Can you help me?

Which brush did you use to make line around. There are some brushes can't make fill lines, so they can't fill. Or, you can do that better with lasso tool to fill color.
