- lot of stories content and long gameplay - many variations of cards and playstyle - so much cool attack animation - really good music - fusion mechanics & cool card from password - challanging battles or easier mode using the seven cards, you may choose - cool "final" boss - nostalgia and sequel to DW1 this game is really a banger one of my favorite, i am playing this again right now to do 100% completion and trying many playstyle of decks as i can, i just explored 3 cool gimmick deck, - green deck with only R and U, using warp & mutant digivolve (u can use mutant from U to U and not getting the 1/4 nerf :D) - black deck with speed digivolve + lilymon & j-monjyamon for DPs - yellow deck with deckout support (only using Rockmon & Sandyanmamon for the C, and using those lego agumons for defense and finishing the game) might explore many things else like EatUp hp decks, or maybe fast digivolve Red deck :D this game has sooooo much to offer. i really2 love this

also this game is good for emulation plays, using fast forward feature for faster gameplay, and also comfortable enough to play it on phone using touchscreen bcs we don't need to fast reflex to click button

The Imperialdramon card from this game is still the rarest card i own. and ya i kind of wish we could get a another Digimon card video game this one is so much fun.

I prefer this x, trigram & circle system to real card game's anolog where It can nerf strongest mega level digimon below ur st 001 agumon by turning its A attack always to zero. I mean type advantage should only get you so far.

I actually never played this game. But I got a copy from Japan when I went there on vacation. Definitely a good piece for my collection. As someone who enjoys the modern TCG it is fascinating to see where it all started as I had a few Digimon cards as a kid but never knew how to play. I always enjoy your videos and I am especially looking forward to the next Digimon game if you plan to cover more games in the franchise

Nice pick up on the Japanese copy. I don't know how to play the modern Digimon TCG, though I do own a handful of the cards because the art is amazing! I appreciate it! Yeah, there will be more Digimon games covered in the future. It's one of the "until there's no more left" franchises on my channel, even if I'm a bit slower at getting to Digimon games (so many of them are sooo long!)

Love this game. I stumbled upon this Jane back in the late 2000s. Played this on my hacked PSP. A friend gave me a physical copy years ago but I've never gone back to it.

This is the only Digimon game I've beaten as a kid. I barely understood the intricacies of the system so I have no idea how I managed to do that haha.
