I really like that different companies are making these compact PCs.. I have an older Beelink model that has a Ryzen 7 3750H. I think it's great for tinkering (trying distros, etc.), for doing basic tasks with low power draw. Of course there are more expensive models that can do a lot more, but again, I like that different companies are making these more available at prices that are not out of this world for what you are getting. :)

i got a minis forum ryzen 7 mini with 16 gb of ram ,and one terabit ssd,it started my linux travel,i love it,light gaming is ok,i got a laptop for linux gaming,the perfect twins

With a Steamdeck, I will never buy a tower PC again. The SD fills my gaming needs with so much less space and I can dock it for TV or monitor play. Minis will now be my daily driver because I don't need to waste money on a huge videocard anymore! (However this mini is crazy, you can get an $800 tower that more... I don't get the target for this one.)

Not quite, blaine pronounces it "aloo-mini-um", correct pronouniation from where I come from is "alyou-mini-um", and for american's "aloo-min-um" as they spell it differently

correct ....it is the correct way , all you need to do is look at the table of elements and look at ALL the "light metals" (including calcium) and they ALL end in "ium". so the American one is WRONG as usual.
