Infiniti FX50 Engine Fan Running Constantly. Replace Cooling Fan Module| vk50ve V8

This is the current part number. 21493-4GA0A.
Shop around and you'll find them for a reasonable price from Nissan or Infiniti parts sellers.
The FX50 Engine uses 2 modules for its dual fan setup. In this case, it was the right side that had gone bad.

Thanks for the video Ed. I just replaced mine and it took 10 minutes, if that. I bought a new OEM unit and it has a silver/aluminum housing instead of the black one that came from the factory.

One thing I just got mine and my cooling fan is rather loud for my liking and I’m wondering if it’s because of this. It starts up fine and winds down fine

Hey Adam, the car was OK for the most part. The only things I had to replace were the ignition coil packs when it got very cold last year. I also replaced the radiator cap and thermostat as I was trying to solve a cooling system issue

I found the tan control module oem at the Infiniti dealer for 92$. Installed it and my fan is not stuck on high anymore. You are the f man dude thank you very much!

Nissan and infinti both have this same part number with Nissan beating cheaper. Can the Nissan part work on a Infiniti?

You're welcome. Before replacement, I wanted to ask if you have isolated which fan it is. Sometimes the fan will chanhe speed during normal operation. But if the fan speeds up before you even start the engine, then it's most probably bad.
