One sweet Q50. I just picked up a 2020 Q50 Luxe with 16k miles. I’m debating when to start the mods and what to start with. Only mods for vanity will be the painted calipers and possible spoiler. After seeing your mirrors and front bumper I might do that too. Thanks for the mod list.

I have a silver 18' luxe as well driving around AZ, I have a total chrome delete with the lettering kept chrome in the back. Saving up currently to get coils and parts all around, focused on aesthetics first. Put 19's on it but didn't get as aggressive with tire size and unfortunately regret not going wider

@@TheMr3742 yeah. the trade in value is crap. $2-3k. It has a lot of damage done which is $3500 in repairs. I was considering filing a claim with my insurance and then get the repairs done for $500. KBB value is $6k. Tbh, I don’t care about money. The Q50/60 is out of my reach with that trade-in value so I’m going to get the Jetta and throw a stage 1 tune on it.

Looks good man, I baught a set of redsport wheels and had them powder coated mag blue. Kinda miss them tbh. Also, saw that you baught most of your exterior mod parts on ebay or from local sellers and I did the same, always get questions about my mods. Most of the "parts specialists" from IG usually raise the price stupid high when they just bulk buy from ebay and I hate that.

Not all q50s come with the clock so you most likely don't have it

It depends on your dealer some will void it for the smallest things. In my case they didn't void warranty I would just take out the jb4 everytime

You know what I think most are but don't quote me on that. Reason I say yes is because I recently picked up some wheels that had 350z sensors in them and when I put them on my infiniti m45 they automatically synced and started working but they may be a difference depending on the years

I take it has alot to do with the way my set up was made. So I'm technically straight pipe with only 1 resonator before the muffles if you look at the stillen exhaust for the q50 it looks similar except with only one resonator

3.0t is better

3.0t is good if you want to make power fast and easy. 3.7 has potential as well but cost more. 3.0t has turbos and in most cases turbos eventually need to be replaced so it's something you need to take into consideration when buying a turbo car. 3.7 is naturally aspirated so you don't have to worry about turbos making it more reliable. Both great cars

It's honestly depends if you want the extra space. I like both but the q60 just looks so different and there is not alot on the road so it's cool to see one here and there.

I have a question bro, there’s 2 jb4 options to buy one is $500 one and the other is $1000 the 450 hp package. Do you know about that one? It comes w a BMS heat exchanger I think but would it make much of a difference from the AMS one? Do you prefer getting the $500 one? There is different companies that sell it for different prices there is 2 differnt type of jb4s. One that only offers 1 map and another that offers like 7 maps and you can include bluetooth plus fuel wires. In my opinion I would just try looking for used parts so you don't have to pay full price or wait for deals to come out but that's really up to you. I have heard the full wires don't really do much but the bluetooth is really useful

The mufflers were provided by a muffler shop. I have 2 videos of my exhaust in my channel one with out a Megan y pipe and one with it on. I believe they are 4.5in exhaust tips and the rest is 2.5 in piping with one resonator. I have ams 3 inch lower downpipes as well
