Infiniti Q50 replacing radiator and thermostat with Coolant Bleeder Fitting

I’d get the serpentine belt replaced while i was in there. I had a tough time getting mine done.

If I can recall, customer did not wanna spend $40+ on a serpentine belt

In your opinion, how easy was it to replace and do you need a gasket when replacing the thermostat because I’m having issues with overheating and my AC is no longer blowing hot air
