Qiang Gao in D tiers is a bit harsh. He is a lieutenant and HI in Yu Jing that cannot be isolated due to his veteran skills, so he takes a trick away from your opponent and just for that he deserves more than D tier. But also, combine his 2 lieutenant orders with Bixie in a haris fireteam, and watch them go on a roll across the table towards the objectives with a Damage 16 HMG (perfect for killing LI or total immunity troops). And recently, unlike the Shang-ji with tactical awareness, he doesn't prevent you from using a command token for O-12 Prestige into a regular order, compensating the order count. I do appreciate your videos, keep them coming ^^ !

Yeah, I have had a few conversations since writing and recording and I think I was a bit harsh. Someone else mentioned the bixie combo and I did have to agree. He's easily b tier then. Really functional but that GR model

Or, and hear me out. You take the daoying for less than half the price, still get the 2 LT orders for Bixie in the haris. And by running Shang-Jesus, Gain the tac aware order so you save that command token for something else. AP and shock is just better than + 1 damage against everything that isn't a shock immune 0-1 armor model. The shang ji also dodges further, has 2 higher PH, and comes with a tinbot -6 which keeps your haris safe against hackers. The Shang Ji is better in almost every way. Even the "trick" of being a veteran means almost nothing because you are putting him in a haris that is moving up the board which means hes easy to kill. This means you are spending points on chain of command. The cheapest CoC model in yu jing isn't even in IA, and its still 25 points. And once QG dies you lose the extra LT order you might have been using. But that Daoying is even more immune to hackers having a camo state, while also being able to just hide somewhere in your deployment zone staying extra safe. The only reason you should ever take QG is if you have a holomasking model pretending to be him so your opponent thinks you are a hipster.

I was tempted to do both then talked myself into just the models, then nothing. In hindsight it would have been much better if i had atleast the models next to it

All I disagree with is your pronunciation of some of the names 😂 Other than that I think you’re spot on tbh. I wish Casanova’s model looked more like the artwork, I hope Lupe Balboa gets a new model but I worry they’ll mess it up.

If I ever get all the names right in a video, I'll be shocked. Lupe is one of many that need a new model and pose in CAD with very little tweaks.
