Dalton the inconsistencies in power and strength could be argued by the focus of the character or tiredness, but we all know it’s for plot points. Either way, I think the reason that the axe cut thanos is because it surprised him, even with the infinity gauntlet, he still needs to think about what he is doing for it to work. That is what I got from it anyhow.

Yes, it's his plan. He said flat out he wouldn't give up the stone. He said in 14 million timelines that can't beat him. So they can't beat him. The "only way" is to let him do what he wants to do, then go away on his own. So that's what Strange did. He put him in the Mirror Universe. Thanos does what he wants, but only within that. Letting him win, it's the only way.

You know why its called infinity war? Because the the war keeps repeating over and over again, so that they could achieve the perfect or exact series of events to win which is 1 out of 14,000,605. Thus, it explains why the time stone was lighting up (activated). Dr. Strange was actually creating a loop as he foresaw the future, like how he set the loop bargaining with dormamu.

Just for the record, people wonder how Capt was able to hold the Infinity Gauntlet and Thanos's hand as long as he did. Because part of how the Gauntlet works is about will (its very green lantern ring) and Capt will was over powering Thanos's for few moments. Its why Thanos looks so shocked, he never encountered anyone who's will could over power his own.

Peter parkers death was the saddest death in the whole movie.. It shows how young peter actually is and how afraid he is of death, which is a characteristic that we never see in super heros.. Most superheroes are tough to the core and they're never afraid to put their lives on the line for the greater good. I'm not saying peter is a coward, I'm just saying that shot alone shows us that peter is somewhat of a normal kid and not an invincible superhero with no emotions.

Bifrost is only the name of the energy beam, the structure on Asgard was Heimdalls Observatory, which acted as a Bifrost focus. Where as Stormbreaker can channel the power of Bifrost through itself.

I just realized something ......I re-watched the first Guardian of Galaxy movie and I remember Ronan the excuser saying that if he gets the power stone for thanos he would destroy xandar for ronan.....technically Ronan didn't get the power stone for thanos, but when thanos did get it he fulfilled his promise to Ronan and destroyed xandar.... So at the end Ronan got what he wanted 😅

As already mentioned, spider sense was used in Civil War when something was thrown at Spiderman. Further, when he takes Cap's shield, he knows that Antman is there but doesn't specifically understand what is about to happen. He's like "Hey guys, something weird is about..." BOOM Antman returns to human size with the shield and gives it back to Cap. As the speaker states, the hairs of spiders are extensions of their sense of touch so showing Peter's arm hairs standing up is about as good as it gets for displaying 'spider sense' without some special effect (which isn't needed).
