Most evil villian of Elder Scrolls is my Skyrim AE load order, been wrestling with that monster for 8 days now

Gotta say, I think miraak was more of a letdown than Dagoth Ur, he had all this buildup, but unlike Ur, the boss fight was normal Skyrim combat. In the case of Ur, it was more like you can't fight him and you just run down to the heart and try to destroy it - which IMO, gave it more narrative tension.

Yeah and in my opinion at least you did the final blow to Ur where with miraak, Mora just is like "you needed me" and kills him at the end which it didnt really feel like we needed him outside the knowledge bit

Dagoth Ur, a letdown? You know he's considered by the majority of the fanbase to be the best villain, right?

I realized recently that Harkon is just a low rent Dracula with Serana as just a female version of Alucard. The other problem is that Harkon's entire scheme to block out the sun is absurd on the face of it.
@infinitybreak44593 жыл бұрын
Yeah thats true i can kinda understand his logic because it would usher in an age of vampire supremacy but during this video i forgot to mention that his plan would ultimately kill everyone including the vampires 😅

@@infinitybreak4459 Harkon is too much like a boss at work who thinks his brilliant plan has no flaws, ignores you when you point out a super obvious flaw, then gets really upset two weeks later when a disaster that could have easily been averted is raining fire and brimstone upon you.

When you realize that almost half the major villains are elves. It's true then, elves are essentially the British people of the Elder Scrolls universe.

I mean like half the population of tamriel is elves so it would be odd if that weren't the case lol

I agree with Umariil and Alduin, but not Harkon. Harkon's bosa fight was good, but his story makes no sense. They want to bring "ethernal darkness", kill off the plants, then all living things would die, and how would his kind survive? That was a major plot hole.
@infinitybreak44593 жыл бұрын
Thats why i believe i knocked a point or two for how stupid his story is and his lack of presence in it but his boss fight and introduction which were solid

Do one about the cities, and in the case of Arena or Daggerfall, do at least the capitals of each kingdom/county

Id probably start with Skyrim and Oblivion or heck maybe even do the different provinces

I'll never forgive Alduin for bringing back from the dead the absolute worst and most annoying enemy type in all of Skyrim. If it wasn't for Cliff Racers existing at one point, I'd say dragons were the worst enemy of all time in Elder Scrolls Also, of all the Elder Scrolls villains, it really has to go to big daddy Dagoth Ur. I know, real hot take here in the Elder Scrolls community. But I mean...come on. Who else has pretty much the majority of the fanbase going "Man, wish I had a choice to join up with him". He is the greatest blend of badassery and tragedy. He is the spitting image of "great, I gotta kill my best friend"

I like Umaril for basically being the peak of everything the Ayleids were, the last champion of the Heartland High Elves. By himself, he's little more than the final obstacle for Pelinal to overcome, but in the context of the lore, he is the personification of the Ayleid Empire, which _is_ something we see and learn about all throughout the game of Oblivion

I feel like Almalexia is a decent villain but feels a lot lesser due to how vivec is far superior to the point I would say he's better than even dagoth ur. He doesn't really oppose you but I always feel like it makes sense narratively for you to kill him after the dlc when he brings it up as revenge for him killing nerevar. The lessons of Vivec is just one of the greatest books in the series with how well it characterizes the myth he portrays along with the hiddden messages in it where he admits to killing nerevar showing behind his deceit and ego there is genuine shame he feels
