INFJ Fe: Pie Fixes Everything!

When you have demon Ti and you want to show somebody love you give them a pie. Think about how silly that is.  Like, uh, I don't know how to fix your problems. I don't know how to do the work. All I have to offer is handsomeness and Pie. That's what the Savior Fe's are grappling with and insecure about.

The thing is, as a Ti savior, all I need/want from my partner is "pie". I have the work handled, I don't need you to do stuff for me, just give me smiles and pies and I'm happy

There are some nuances missing in the analogy of the pie. Fe users handle problems by helping you enduring them, while Te users fix them for you. Everyone needs a little bit of both those who can't endure turn into cry babies, while those who can't fix will live in their misery.

Ive watched Shane (in wheelchair) and Hannah for several years. They are so entertaining. I didnt realize she has Te. I am Fi first (infp) and my demon Te would feel incapable and too overwhelmed to "fix the wheelchair" and manage everything else that needed to be done.

My first knee jerk reaction to considering feelings is impatience. I have learned (eventually and painfully and reluctantly) the importance of and respect for Fe... but that's a conscious and carefully deliberate choice - not instinctual at all.

For lower Fe users, although what he is saying on stage is true and worthy of real empathy, he is also performing for the room full of women. He is giving them an emotional performance/experience (which if you didn't know, women really enjoy engaging in overall so it is catered) while he gives them a lesson on perspective. So yeah, it might be a bit cringe or seemingly disingenuous in the moment (a show) but this is a heart wrenching perspective and not out of the norm for an INFJ to genuinely contemplate as they see things in the world. Good title though lol

It’s cringe in the sense I literally do cringe. I couldn’t even watch this video properly because I can’t stand seeing public emotion like that. However, it’s not cringe in the sense that there’s something wrong with it. I think it’s great and people expressing their emotions freely should be more widely accepted. Our culture is kinda messed up in its dislike of this kind of thing.

@@KayKayBayForever from my experience (and being demon fe), every time i showed or expressed my feelings, people would look at me as a monster (im also a guy), and i would get punished for expressing myself. even recently, at my old job (that i was pushed away from), i was above some people. one of the people i was above just being was an asshole and was literally bulling people to get their way. i got upset at that and i told them off (which i usually dont do because of demon sf). my supervisor who i trusted a lot, didnt even give me he time to explain myself, she just treated me like an animal that needed to be neutralized. the person made fun of someone with autism. funny thing, i got pushed away because of the same person made false accusations about me. nothing was proved correct but still i was punished. now, as an IxxP, this is literally IxxP hell. some people are just wired differently, and my environment has further reinforced those negative beliefs about being an active tribe member. i move on forward and fuck them.
