Gotta give the sensory here but the fat skimmer would actually work- basic principle it works on is that the fat congeals/hardens when it get cold/frozen and separates from the liquid. There's cool videos of aunties holding big chunks of ice in super hot soup for a bit, then removing and the fat sticks to the bottom. Honestly tho easiest way to remove and collect fat it just put your liquid in the fridge for a while and use a spoon to remove the fat that rises to the surface and hardens.

I look like him and I used to be a lot like him as for what i say and how i say it. But my parents said that I used to be very different when i was very little (0-5 years) and also in a somatic sense, i wonder if it is possible for a child to force themself to rely on their demons for 10+ years and because of that their face and everything changes? Does not make sense to me, but I'm pretty sure that you said that you are born with your hardwiring... been through therapy for 14 years, i wonder if this could revert me back to 'semi-extrovertedness', which seem to be the case right now (had so many good therapists help me, and also great parenting)
