I just got the cheap walmart intex inflatable kayak and it doesn't have a scratch. Im glad that thing went on sale because i wanted to test the water. Literally, i needed to see wether a small boat or kayak was most appropriate.

Cool boat but surely not $2500 cool. The Saturn HD model is $999 and is 2 feet longer and 10" wider.
@AliexFolgueira3 ай бұрын
The Saturns HD retalil for $1,600 plus $200 shipping, thats $1,800 the msrp sasys $3099 It does not have the bow casting deck, it does not have the cooler rack. They are the same length, 12ft but the saturn is wider, different boat really
@AliexFolgueira3 ай бұрын
if you are talking about their Kaboat, again different product, does not come with the accessories, once you rig the boats the same way you gonna spend about the same money, also the kaboat does not have the protective rubber layer.
@cmacclel3 ай бұрын
@@AliexFolgueira The "Casting Deck" is gimmicky (Actually they don't advertise it as a casting deck) it's way too small to actually fish from. The KaBoat SK470XL is the same 1100 denier, double layered on the bottom with the protective rubber sides. It's 10" wider 2 feet longer and $1400 with shipping cheaper. The Air does have the nice EVA floor and leaning post but to me no way is that worth $1400 more. I can add some D ring mounts and buy a leaning post for $200. But to each their own. Keep up the reviews.

@@cmacclel the casting deck isn't a gimmick, not only did I jump out of it, I paddled from it and I will add a GPS trolling motor to it
@cmacclel3 ай бұрын
@@AliexFolgueira Maybe your idea of a casting deck is different than mine. Something 2 foot x 1.5 foot is an accident waiting to happen with expensive fishing gear in hand. They don't even advertise it as a casting deck it's just a place to mount accessories :)

My fear is having fish hooks, lures, knives and sharp pointed fish fins penetrating the material. I have seen treble hooks imbedded in inflatables in the past
@AliexFolgueira2 ай бұрын
@@ianfinch5954 have you ever hooked your kayak or boat? Even if you get a lucky shot, you still have Extra air chambers plus air takes hours to get out if the hole is tiny
@ianfinch59542 ай бұрын
@@AliexFolgueira unfortunately the answer is yes. It was an overall bad day I am in Australia and it was rough seas and I caught a Gurnard and as I lifted it from the water it’s spins penetrated the inflatable and got stuck the lure then fell out of the mouth and became imbedded in the inflatable as well. I now fish a hard kayak and have stabilisers attached which have helped- especially when the sharks come around and nibble on the side of the yak. Thank God I was not in an inflatable when that happened!!
