What about adding a submersible heating element in the winter to speed up and even achieve that 104* temp. Have ours running 5 days straight, still not hit that mark yet. 50ish degree weather here.

Basement will probably be fine. We’ve seen others who have done this. We keep ours in our garage for the last 4 months and have had no issues with mold. Keep a good dehumidifier down there, have access to a drain and just don’t pop it 😂

I have a question. I have a coleman saluspa inflatable hot tub. Where are the air intakes for the air jets located and are there filters or filter screens ( air filters, not water filters) that need to be cleaned periodically?

I believe the air intakes are at the bottom side of the pump/control unit beneath the pipes that connect to the hot tub.

Good luck with the KZbin channel! Your videos will most likely be found in search at first so what you want to do is ask yourself what are the things that someone who considering buying a hot tub going to need to learn. You can say the phrases that people will be searching in the video but you probably want to present in the thumbnail or title that you are raising a question or solving a problem. Personally as I am investigating inflatable hot tubs I am wondering if I can use salt instead of chemicals, I'm wondering about electricity usage which is why I clicked this video. I might also be interested in accessories for the hot tub. I was wondering if any kind of seating could be placed in the hot tub. It might also be playing to the lowest common denominator but a thumbnail with you in a bathing suit in the hot tub certainly would get clicks! It is not clickbait if in the beginning of the video you deliver on what the thumbnail promises. You might also consider expanding the channel two things related to hot tub use and leisure like floating lights and pool speakers and things like that. but at the end of the day the only way to have a consistent channel is if you are very passionate about the subject matter and you can create a community of repeating viewers or if you can satisfy search traffic. Copied from a seller on Amazon. This is specific to a Bestway Hot Tub but should give you an idea: "Lght bulbs are rated in Watts. Plug in electrical devices are rated in Amps. The average home has 15-20 Amp circuits. This spa (110-120 Volts) is rated at 12 Amps. 11.3 for the Heating Element + .7 for the Circulating Pump. But there is another component on this particular spa that requires power, and that is the Massaging Turbo Blower, which requires an additional 6.5 Amps. All used at once would require 18.5 Amps. So it could be run off one household 20 Amp circuit, but not on a 15. For 15 Amp circuits you would need to run lines to two different circuits. To answer your question directly, using the formula for Amps to Watts, 18.5 Amps would equal 2,220 Watts."
