8:40 chewing, however, is for the molars/pre-molars, front teeth are for biting (not for chewing). So, I think you need to apply less pressure at the front and more on the sides.

Thanks for making this video. One topic I have been researching and thinking about a lot lately is the role in which the number of teeth you have plays into your facial development and aesthetics. What I mean by this is that many people, including myself, have had the dentist tell them they need their wisdom teeth removed, and, in some cases, they will even try to remove more teeth. My dentist removed my wisdom teeth about a year and a half ago, and now that I’m a little older and know a lot more, I actually believe this to have been a mistake. My wisdom teeth were slightly tilted, but were straightening out every time I got an xray. What this means is that my mouth and jaw was slowly expanding and growing larger to accommodate 32 teeth. The problem is, there is this idea in dentistry that the wisdom teeth are pointless and that if the jaw isn’t big enough to fit them as a teenager, then this means it’s over and that those teeth must be removed or the mouth will be destroyed. In a vast majority of cases, human jaws are not going to be fully developed before the wisdom teeth grow in fully. In fact, based off my research, the wisdom teeth coming in are the very thing which actually expands the jaw. What this means is that wisdom teeth removal might be a mistake in many cases. What does this all have to do with having a masculine face? Well, having wide dental arcs as well as properly developed jaws either 32 teeth mean that you will look dimorphic. As the wisdom teeth grow in, the face will gain forward growth and the jaw will widen. It’s not to say someone will necessarily always look bad if they have extractions, in fact, I’ve still made good progress with only 28 teeth, however, having only 28 teeth will never give one the same face they could have had with 32 teeth. This brings me to my current goal in this realm. I have found that all humans actually posses the potentiality for a third set of teeth. They sit under the gums as tiny buds of genetic information and stem cells. What I am attempting to learn about and achieve is activating these stem cells, in whatever way can produce results, in order to cause my body to grow in 4 new wisdom teeth where there is a small gap. I have found different anecdotal reports of people who regrew teeth through “teething” or perhaps chewing to stimulate the area. Also, red light and near-infrared light may posses the ability to activate and encourage stem cells to grow into new dentin and enamel tissue. Really, this is a topic of interest for me. Almost like a game. To see if I can actually stimulate my body to regrow teeth. So far, I have small, round buds on my top that I can feel, but I am not sure about the bottom because I still have a lot of gum there. Perhaps I’m doing something; perhaps I’m doing nothing. But the role having 32 teeth can play on facial aesthetics is very much so something not talked about often.

there is a oil made of tumeric which has similar effects to minox but is natural and ANTI-inflammatory. So you could only use that or combine the two so your face gets less irritation and you get boosted results. castor-oil is also in my routine for moisture and anti bacterial/nourishment. you can use all 3. and of course use a derma-roller or similar device to boost minox by like 300% (there are studies proving it) you also dont lose your minox gains if you combine it with a dermaroller when you use minox for a balding head, normally you lose most of your gains when you stop using it. there are studies proving that also

You could try small amount of minoxx (Literally just a few drops) to reduce it going systemic, and use retinol. And i recommend using the liquid one instead of the foam. Also if those palpations came so fast maybe it could have been placebo? (That's if you've known about the potential side effects beforehand tho). I find that even just a little minoxxidil + retinol can bring amazing hair growth.

Beard surgery was one of the coolest things I did for my physique/looks. They take hair from the back of your head and put it into your beard, now it looks much better, all patches are filled, costs like $1200~ in Hungary, worth doing a tour there if you wish.

try "microdosing" with minoxidil. The health consequences scared me as well. But for the heart palpitations to occur immediately after applying to face is likely a placebo effect. The mind is a truly powerful thing. What i recommend if your truly worried, is keep a stubble beard, apply 1 to 2 drops (of liquid serum/oil) to your patches, maybe even up to 3 per side of the face. Then use an extremely stiff boars hair brush to cause micro damage to the skin (much safer than derma rolling, which i have read conflicting reports on it being too damaging, and potentially causes scarring). This boars hair brush will help evenly distribute the minoxidil and absorb a bit of it as well so you dont have an extremely thick coating on your skin. I havent had any side effects aside from the maybe the first week. Also i dont do it extremely religiously. But i have noticed a couple more follicles fill in the weaker areas of my beard (the beard/mustache connection point has always been my weak point). I recommend giving it a try with this method here. I also am intermittently taking tongkat ali, so between the two i have definitely noticed a more masculine face. Granted my starting point for my test was 760ng/dl at 27 y/o. This is why i am only taking tongkat on the days i workout, as i dont need a mssive boost, just trying to maintain levels up a bit, and try and keep a lid on the estrogen levels.

Joseph! Your disappointment in your own experience with minoxidil is completely understandable, but I have good news. Reducing your concentration of the minoxidil you use can reduce side effects, you should really research into that, there are ways to safen it up and mean you can use it! Also look into microneedling

Just in regards to your heart palpatations, I hate telling people that their side effects are placebo, BUT. The chance that you felt side effects immediately after applying is, imo, impossible. For minoxidil to result in system side effects (effecting the heart) it needs to enter your blood stream. Topical minoxidil (foam or gel), does not need to enter the blood stream to work, as it works on the hair follicles on the face (and scalp). You likely were just freaked out, knowing the side effects and paid too much attention to your heart. Try it again, for, say a week and see how you go. Even if for the first 3 days you get heart palpatations, it wont kill you. Stick it out for a week and see if they disappear
