Just because something is a nootropic doesn’t mean it should be used. I used it for a nearly a year, as responsibly as I could, and let me tell you, it made resisting temptation and bad habits so much harder, I do believe it reduces self discipline to a large degree because it’s so easy to get the hit, so then you want other things quickly and you feel entitled to justify the means of feeling good for nothing. With tea or coffee it’s a long process to get the mild stimulation. I don’t recommend anyone to take nicotine, if you do, take it once a week as a celebration or as a nootropic, keeping in mind it could easily destroy you and keep you hooked if you mess around too long with it. It messes with the heart, it raises blood pressure and changes your personality into something you won’t recognize. This is my opinion, based on my experience with the pipe and the spray. Raise your testosterone by fruitful means, mild poisons raise testosterone, would you like to trade health for a buzz and a teeny test boost?

Pipe smoking. All the benefits and joys of tobacco and nicotine but far less of the downside. i first started smoking when i was 15. it had an imense effect on my cognitive ability in school. short-term, it had very positive affects allowing me to focus in class. long-term, it made it impossible to take school seriously and all I could think about in class was having another cigarette. i smoked solely for the head-high and it required more and more nicotine to achieve the same results. I'm 21 now and I've been off it for many months and have zero cravings. i will never smoke, or take any nicotine products again but i agree with your approach of using it solely for the cognitive boost. unfortunately I'm not confident in my ability to willfully restrict my nicotine intake without going overboard and restarting my 5 year long addiction.

I have been using nicotine spray as a nootropic for about 15 months, with 4-6 times per day before stopping in January to reset my receptors. The spray is somewhat disgusting which helps against turning it into massive pleasure. When stopping in January I had five days of expected withdrawals (sadness, lethargy, cravings) and after that it was fine. As this was completely anticipated, I had no problem to withstand and the experience is very similar to the emotional control during semen retention. So once you can control your sexual urges, this is not difficult, although admittedly unpleasant. After being off the nicotine for two months I have started taking it again for it's cognitive benefits which are noticeable, but am using it less frequently now. After a few months I will go again through a reset to keep my brain health. One of the possible side-effects of long term nicotine usage is a higher risk of dementia/Alzheimers disease - you have been warned.

Im 41 this year, i smoked a pack a day since i was 11, i went out and got myself a job to support it at 11, newspaper delivery, 70km of routes on my little bike . started getting less scrawny, i remember the school swimming gala, the other lads were more ripped, but i had a full beard. I grew to 6ft5 and 100kg. I never opened a textbook and spent my time drawing, never failed any exams. I rarely get sick, very rarely. Im calm and collected and strong, i can still run but enjoy it as little as i always have. Smoking will hurt your lungs a bit, its why i learned to make the chewing tobacco kind. Increasing the alkalinity of the tobacco with bicarb in the mix and flavouring as you like , simmer on the stove, basically steam it, then pack it away for two weeks and you have the beginnings of the snus , you just need to refine your technique. I make fantastic dip. Alkalinity increases the bioavailability of nicotine in the mouth. 50g of rolling tobacco, a blend if dark and golden tobaccoand 1 5g pouches of bicarbonate of soda cooked up makes a strong product. My jimmy stands solid af when i need it. I was only willing to have kids in my 20’s, and honestly when i look at the ladies my age I reason that my jimmy can pack it up anyway, i dont care.

It reduces blood flow to extremities and is associated with erectile dysfum tuon for this very reason. Its extemely stupid to experiment with such a gighly addictive substance for nominal testosterone boost. Lifting weights will yeild much better result and will also make you stonger. As far as cognitive boost goes, yes nicotine does bosy motication by boosting dopamine vut studies show it overall raised anxiety and stress levels. For the argumelnt that cigars are not inhaled thus not vad is also stupid, in cigars nicotine is absorbed through the mouth cells and literally causes mouth cancer. All in all, as a former smoker, i am shocked at how stupid this suggestion of nicotine use is, truly goes ro show men are so hopelessly lost today, they're willing to risk cancer just to become a "real" man.

Agreed 100%. Bounced between vaping and smoking for so long. Absolutely pointless habit of inhaling fumes. The way I see it, any supposed hormonal or cognitive benefits can never make up for the erosion of your willpower and motivation. They are in majority a cope to keep using nicotine anyway. I never felt masculine or higher T in the depths of nicotine addiction, or any addiction for that matter. I felt sedated. Vapes and cigarettes are adult pacifiers. Quitting made me hungrier, more confident, all characteristics of increased test. This “more T at all costs” mindset needs to go. The real goal is to be as healthy as possible as a male.
