Hmmmm It’s not particularly necessary for influencers to be authentic, it’s like playing a character. Or like in customer service, workers are supposed to be more cheery and friendly than they are normally. Because it’s more appealing for business. @@trevillinghonestly I deleted tiktok and Instagram exactly for that reason, while I can't get rid of youtube shorts there is a way to make them dissapear temporary by not interesting all the ones on your feed, they'll go away for like 10-20 minutes (some people have said they go away for hours but mine usually come back quicker) I'm hoping they'll make it a removable option

The things I need explained if I’m going to buy or use a technique: like various ways of applying and (the biggest) what it looks like after hours of wear are not covered. Also under blushing and under contouring is an old technique. Jackie Aina did a much less extreme version of this years ago that I actually use. It’s pretty forgiving. But Jackie also did a thorough explanation of this technique in a longer video.

Everytime I hear about these people I get so irate !!!!
