You just bought a car for 3-4 lakhs for a decent car however will get surprises like new battery change, tyre changes, or any change that will burn pocket easily. 3. Privacy to talk among family members. Even if you travel on rented vehicle it comes with a driver where we need to limit the sensitive topics like life plans, money, family issues etc. 4. Luggage restrictions: you can carry good amount of luggages in boot during long travel but rented vehicles like Makemytrip limit your luggages. 5. In situations like covid lockdown lift-up, people had to think about sanity in public vehicles since driver is a non family member.

There's another way if someone really need car right now try this Dont buy a new car buy same car in second hand like if New car 2024 model cost is 10 to 12 lakhs then same car in second hand 3 to 5 years old will be in available at price 5 to 6 lakhs and you just wanted to check single owner , kms below 50,000 , with full company service history , you can check company service history of the car in showroom . If you want to buy in EMI when you buy new if 8.5 to 9 intrest rate you'll pay intrest around 2 to 4 laks Extra depends upon tenure , so now total cost for new car is after paying emi it would be around 15 to 16 lakhs if you buy same car in second hand you will buy for 6 laksh and same interest rate 8 to 9 percent , after you pay your price is around 7 to 8 lakhs . So much people afraid of cheating second hand car sellers , but there are many team for second car inspection, they will inspect all things and tell you market price... Follow this you can save something and enjoy at the same time .

Bro, please learn the Indian tax slabs before you teach some one. Cess is not a direct tax, to calculate from the cost, it's tax on tax meaning cess will be calculated on the tax amount of the particular item. for example: if the car value 600,000.00 on showroom. GST 18% Cess 3% in this case the total amount of tax will be: GST: 600,000.00 * 18% = 108,000.00 Cess: 108,000.00 *3% = 3,240.00 so total = 111,240.00 thats it. it is not something how you have calculated. you're speaking in public so please do aware the difference of tax, and tax on tax. thanks...

Simple One can surely buy a car if your can able to afford more than the 80 -90 % of its onroad price. (10Lacs onroad means extra 8Lacs so total 18Laks . This 18L is not on single one time payment mind it. You have to split and pay for 5to 7 years which is good). Investing advisors or finfluencer forgot one thing. Even you invest in stock or mutual funds then government tax there also . LTCG Tax is 10 % tax or ShortTerm STCG TAX 15% tax. One more bad news is the government is going to increase this LTCG or STCG either this tax or They abolish this and what ever the profit you earn by Shares/MutualFund that will be added to your income slab rate which is highly dangerous. Above example of TATAMOTOR case you endup paying 35% tax alone. So Appdi semichi enna panna porom. Paper profit tax pathutte irukka vendiyathan. Disclaimer: I am an investor too😂
