In the US I think most large family size type bottles of juice and things usually have the wider holes while single serve drinks have the smaller one. The only exception I can think of is two liter bottles of soda which still have the small opening, but you can't use the thing on carbonated drinks anyway.

@bossyheifer6 жыл бұрын
Interesting concept but clearly not entirely thought out. It doesn't look like there's a way to clean it so you have to keep it in the same liquid all the time. And what about the liquid that's trapped in the tube or nozzle area? Milk and juices can go bad or get moldy in an area like that. I wonder how long the batteries are supposed to last. Sounds like you'd constantly be replacing batteries AND the tap. Not a good plan.

In the United States, there are a couple of different sizes of openings for bottles, but our 2 liter bottles of soda would have the same size spout as that water bottle you used (Though I do imagine many people here would buy that mistakenly thinking they could use it with soda.) I could see it fitting on the gallon jugs of milk or cider, maybe the gallon of Iced Tea, a larger bottle of juice, maybe a powerade or gatorade, but overall the problem still remains that it's easier and faster to pour drinks yourself. Also, the kids in the ad don't look old enough to pour their own drinks, no wonder there were spills.

I also noticed that if the drink containers weren't fairly full or being held, the container would get pushed over. As for the bottle opening, it's likely they have wider mouthed bottles, in the USA.
