Do you find that after you watch the news you feel anxious, angry, or depressed? It's a common experience, and likely due to an unmindful way of consuming media.
There's so much information in the media about tragic news--from the conflicts in Sudan, to the war with Russia and the Ukraine, to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, to environmental distaster--and the list goes on.
How can we keep ourselves informed while not becoming overwhelmed?
In this video, we take a look at 1) What news we are consuming, 2) Time spent consuming the news, and 3) The way we consume it.
I present an approach to wisely choosing what we watch, how long we watch it for, and a mindful way of consumption.

Hi Folks, Hope you've gained something from the new video. I'm having a bit more fun with a more cinematic opening, and plan to do some more storytelling in the future. I'm also learning how to be more and more concise. I wonder how much people really need to hear... so I'd appreciate feedback if you think these videos would be better shorter, longer, or which length/depth of content you prefer. Feel free to share any constructive feedback. Have a wonderful day. Consume mindfully. 🙏

老師的視頻越做越好了,進步神速,真厲害!also love the new camera, at a time where everyone else try to blow flat/unclear of the details on their face, you are showing the opposite! haha. I find this encouraging - your camera reflects reality as reality, so your viewers/students see reality as reality :)

謝謝鼓勵! 我在努力把視頻裡的道理 給圖像化 讓大家看得更有趣 更容易理解和留印象 And yeah, i figured just to show my face as is. Pimples and everything 😅 Better to be a little bit closer to reality 也是顯示無常吧 痘痘的緣生緣滅 😄 New video coming out on Monday….
