There's so much information in the media about tragic news--from the conflicts in Sudan, to the war with Russia and the Ukraine, to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, to environmental distaster--and the list goes on.
How can we keep ourselves informed while not becoming overwhelmed?
In this video, we take a look at 1) What news we are consuming, 2) Time spent consuming the news, and 3) The way we consume it.
I present an approach to wisely choosing what we watch, how long we watch it for, and a mindful way of consumption.
