Hey Mr Long! For Question 1.1, you forgot to do the part where they asked to add the first four letters of the province in the Patient code.

Wow, i completely missed that. Well picked up. To get that you would + Copy ( cmbProvince.Text, 1, 4 ) + inbetween the Surname and random number part. Copying the from character 1 for 4 characters of the text from the cmbProvince combobox. Apologies.

@@CleoBako Close everything. Open Delphi. Go to File -> Open Project then browse to folder with delphi project. Click on first option and click open.
