Hey sir, I wanted to just ask with question 1.3, say now if the first letter of the code is a Z then the 2nd one must be an A, how do i then check for that, because the difference then wont be a 1 anymore.

If you are referring to the ticket price then yes. You can use a case statement as long as the value you are checking is an integer. You can't check rSum for example in a case statement.
